Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Return

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party designated by you receives the product, without providing a reason, where such a cooling-off period applies under applicable law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive for eligible EU consumers).

Canada: Cancellation and return rights vary by province and territory and by the type of contract (for example, distance sales, direct sales, or future performance contracts). In Alberta, the Consumer Protection Act provides specific rules for internet sales and cancellation charges in certain circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory. If a longer or different statutory period applies to your order, we will honour that period to the extent required by law.

To exercise a statutory or contractual right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the applicable window using the contact details provided at the bottom of this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • In its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • The tamper seal must be intact and unbroken.
  • The product must not have been used or partially consumed.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed food supplement products, except in cases of a product defect or error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products with a broken tamper seal.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Products purchased from an unauthorised third-party seller.

4. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement, as you prefer.

Please retain the original packaging and document the issue with photographs where possible before contacting us.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address below with the following information:

  • Your full name and delivery address.
  • Your order number or confirmation email.
  • A clear description of the reason for return.
  • For defective or incorrect items: photographic evidence where applicable.

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation reference. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

For returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

For returns of defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched products, we will arrange and cover the cost of collection. You will not be charged for return postage in these circumstances.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will include the full product price. Original delivery charges will only be refunded in full if the entire order is returned. If you are returning part of an order, original delivery charges will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
